I’d like to share with you a poem I have written. My mind has been bursting with creativity lately. Photo’s are from Spring 2020.

WILD FLOWERS
Light bearer; Venus of violet
Sympathy, cover paler blue a garden
In mourning. Drain our energy
And begin this March, spring up,
Moving ribbon of indigo light,
On a morning of darkness spent.
Golden beauty, purest petals
That sipped at lustrous crimson ink
From pools of colour contained
In design of vivid splendour,
Where decadent pearls of blue,
Flash in the flicker light of creation.
Beloved heart of blackest coal,
That brightest yellow fire licks,
Bold scarlet flames burst out;
Beautiful form; Lover of Persia;
Turkish Indulgence spent in awe;
At last, Pleasure of Holland.
