CBD Oil for Acne, My New Skincare Love

Oh my goodness I am absolutely loving CBD skincare. I’ve started using CBD oil morning and night (for 4 weeks) after I cleanse. I apply moisturiser afterwards. This particular brand is from Superdrug. It’s a combination of CBD oil and Inca Inchi Oil. It ‘moisturises and Nourishes and calms the skin’. So what are these ingredients and why are they good for me?

Inca Inchi Oil is anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. It’s packed full of antioxidants and is rich in vitamins A and E. These vitamins help to improve the appearance of skin tone and can even reduce the appearance of scarring and wrinkles.

CBD oil also has an anti-inflammatory property. It helps to reduce the production of sebum (oil) which can help with skin conditions such as acne or rosacea. It moisturisers and prevents pain and itching.

I personally have very sensitive skin. I frequently find my skin reacts to certain products. Over time I’ve become very dubious about trying new products. I make sure everything I buy now is natural.

I’ve been taking CBD orally for about a year now, but this is the first skincare product I’ve tried. It’s one of the cheapest too. It cost £5.99. I am just blown away by it.

Never did I think I’d be posting photos of myself on the internet with no make-up but there you go. I’m glowing. And the best part?

My skin has stopped itching. No longer do I get the sensation of pins and needles all over my face. For the first time in a long time, my sensitive skin isn’t an issue. I don’t think I’m even going to wear primer today.

It’s available to buy here

Have you tried CBD skincare? What do you think?

  2. If you’re looking for information on how CBD may be able to help with acne, this article is a great read. CBD may be worth a try and a promising treatment option for those who suffer from acne. But before you start using it, it’s important to do your research and talk to your doctor to make sure it’s right for you.
